How do I make a payment?

You can choose to use either your card (credit or debit) or you can EFT (via bank transfer). The online store will guide you through the checkout process according to the option you select.

What if I don’t have a credit/debit card?

You are able to EFT when making payment for your purchases on checkout.  Just select the EFT option instead of the credit/debit card option.

Do I need to setup an account with you?

No.  But you should.  You are not required to setup an account with us to make your purchase but setting up an account will make the purchasing and checkout process much quicker for subsequent purchases.  We will store your address and contact details for quicker checkout in future.  You would be able to use multiple delivery addresses by having an account setup and you can view your purchase history with Monkeybum.  Your information is kept securely, and we will not share this information with anyone else.

 Can I collect my order?

We are an online store and we offer delivery of your order to your (home or office) door with our preferred courier.

Can I buy something as a gift for someone else?

Yes of course. If you would like us to wrap your gift and add a personalised note to your gift, just include the wording in the comment box on checkout. Don’t forget to change the delivery address to the person receiving the gift.

Do you do Custom Garments?

Please email hello@monkeybum.co.za should you have a custom design in mind.  We are still getting a printer arranged closer to us to avoid additional courier costs but are happy to assist where possible.
